Frequently asked questions.

What is Keep New Jersey Clean?

Keep New Jersey Clean is a passion project founded by Raychelle & Nate Jackson of Somerset County, NJ. The goal is to promote sustainability through outreach and restoration. We host monthly community clean ups throughout New Jersey and neighboring states.

Are you affiliated with any other volunteer organizations?

Keep New Jersey Clean often contributes to helping other organizations by volunteering at various clean up events throughout the Garden State. We are independently owned and NOT affiliated with any other organization.

When was Keep New Jersey Clean Founded?

In January 2023 Raychelle took a trip to Orlando, Florida where she and 39 pageant Queens from around the country did a mission trip. During this trip the women cleaned a 20+ acre park using the infamous ‘GARBO GRABBER’!

Raychelle immediately knew she wanted to take action when she returned to New Jersey. In March 2023, Raychelle and her Husband Nate officially launched “Keep New Jersey Clean”.

During the first year KNJC was able to contribute to picking up 3000+ lbs of trash off of the streets of NJ & host over 10 community clean ups throughout the garden state.

Can anyone join a clean up?
